About me
While driving through the busy streets of my adopted hometown of Hamburg on a dull October day, I became painfully aware of the invisibility of children in traffic. This experience was the trigger for founding heyReflect - my desire to improve the safety of the youngest among us.
Despite an intensive search for solutions, I didn't find one that met my expectations. So, with the help of a seamstress and after extensive research, I decided to create my own prototype.
First successes
With the first series of my children's vests I ventured to the Christmas markets in the area. The positive response and support from parents was tremendous and encouraged me to continue my mission. During my parental leave, I turned the idea into reality and founded heyReflect.
Today heyReflect stands for high-quality products that increase the visibility and safety of our customers. As a founder, I pursue big goals to turn this start-up into a long-term successful company. My ultimate goal is to ensure that all of our customers, big and small, come home safely every day.
